Rules of Behavior

General Members and Candidates have agreed to adhere to the Five Rules of Willow Dragonstone Community and Coven, Inc. (The Big Five), as listed below.

1. No Drugs

General Members and Candidates do not use drugs before events or rituals and do not bring drugs to events, rituals, or special events where WDSC General Members or Candidates are participating officially or un-officially.

Drug use or possession will result in a General Member’s revocation of membership. Candidates and General Members who use drugs or possess drugs will be uninvited to all WDSC events until they can provide a three-month sobriety chip from Alcoholics Anonymous or some equivalent proof to the President or Chief Executive Officer of three-months of sobriety. The person will return to WDSC as a Candidate.

2. No Drinking to Excess or to Become Drunk

General Members do not drink alcohol in excess or become drunk before rituals or at events or during rituals where WDSC General Members or Candidates are present, officially or unofficially.

Drunkenness at any event will result in a General Member’s revocation of membership. Candidates and General Members who become publicly intoxicated will be uninvited to all WDSC events until they can provide a three-month sobriety chip from Alcoholics Anonymous or some equivalent proof to the President or Chief Executive Officer of three-months of sobriety. The person will return to WDSC as a Candidate.

3. No Violence in Word or Deed

General Members or Candidates who threaten violence or commit violence toward other General Members or Candidates will have their membership revoked and/or be uninvited to all WDSC events.

They are not permitted to return to WDSC events unless the person can present to the President or Chief Executive Officer a certificate of completion of an Anger Management Course, convince the President or Chief Executive Officer to sponsor their return to WDSC, and then have a unanimous vote of all General Members to allow their return. General Members or Candidates who are found to have been convicted of assault, battery, domestic violence, sexual misconduct, rape, molestation, murder, attempted murder or other acts of violence will be dealt with by the President and the Inner Circle Committee on a case by case basis.

Pedophiles, Allegations of Abuse & Accusation of Abuse

1. Convicted pedophiles or persons convicted of possessing child pornography will not be permitted to join WDSC or attend WDSC events. 
2. Allegations of abuse will be reported to Gwinnett County Police Department in Gwinnett County Georgia. This includes allegations of abuse even if the instances of alleged abuse have not occurred at events associated with WDSC or are being alleged against members of WDSC.
3. General Members who have been accused of abuse or inappropriate behavior will be dealt with by Inner Circle Committee on a case by case basis.  Given that, most of these cases will require the suspension of membership until the justice system can work through the allegations. The Inner Circle Committee will act as a platform to determine suspension and further action.

4. Sexual Respect & Consent

Do not attempt to casually sleep with WDSC General Members or Candidates.

Candidate, General Members or Officers will not use any position within WDSC to convince someone to have sexual intercourse or perform any sexual acts. This type of sexual coercion is not considered consent.

Candidates, General Members or Officers do not use sexual intercourse as a weapon to withhold the conference of degrees or ordination.

Candidates, General Members or Officers do not engage in sexual acts with minors.

Candidates, General Members or Officers who violate these standards will be disavowed.

5. No Verbal Maliciousness or Gossip

General Members and Candidates do not discuss personal information discovered during classes, events, rituals, on social media, or rites held by WDSC, General Members, or Candidates to persons who are not in attendance or part of WDSC.

General Members and Candidates do not reveal the actual identity of other General Members and Candidates on social media, by email, or in any way to those who are not part of WDSC. General Members and Candidates do not reveal personal information, social media information, email addresses, physical address, phone numbers, pictures or other private information of other General Members and Candidates with anyone without express permission. General Members and Candidates who violate this policy will be dealt with by the Inner Circle Committee.
